Suede
The high quality suede EVOLO upper is manufactured by the SCIARADA tannery using certified and patented eco-friendly processes. EVOLO is an innovative process that protects the environment and the principles of the circular economy by reclaiming and recycling waste from the leather manufacturing process with the goal of reducing CO2 emissions and consumption of our main resource: water.
Upper
The upper is made of LIMONTA nylon with ECONYL® yarn, produced with pre-post consumer waste, (industrial waste, fishing nets, parts of carpets).
Inner
The inner lining is made of biodegradable goatskin, tanned with organic materials free of harmful residues and produced with very low water usage.
Sole
The sole is made of 50% recycled rubber, reclaimed from processing burrs that have been separated from the accelerators and sulfur, while the remaining 50% is pure natural rubber.
The EVA components also contain 40% of recycled EVA.
The E concept
Our John Low shoes are made of fine materials that have been recycled from production waste and, through innovative, environmentally-friendly processes, have been given a new lease on life with high-performance fabrics, leathers and soles.
